Robyn Rihanna Fenty also referred to as Rihanna is a Barbadian musician and singer who has given us music hits such as Pon de Replay SOS Umbrella and Take a Bow. The artist is extremely successful and in the prime of her youth she has already sold more than the sum of 41 million album and over 150 million tracks worldwide becoming one of the best-selling artists of all time. Born in Barbados she grew up listening to reggae, and she began singing in the age of young. Afraid of her chaotic family life and the endless fights between her parents, she became immersed in music and before long discovered that she was destined to become a professional musician. When she was in high school she joined a group of musicians and met the music producer Evan Rodgers. He was impressed with her talent. He suggested that she move from her home in New York in order to take on a full-time job as a singer which she gladly accepted.
